This room is beautiful, with beamed ceilings, cottage style wooden windows and soft furnishings. To the left you'll notice the kitchen, with brown wall tiles and all the essentials, including a microwave, fridge freezer and oven with hob. To the right you'll notice the living area, with comfy sofas, a dining table and a satellite TV. There's two bedrooms, one twin room and one double, both with timed air conditioning and share a separate full family bathroom.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. The driveway is on a slope. To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 125cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 98cm wide. Outside, there are 2 steps down to the pool area. The terrace is open-plan and consists of tiles and lawn. The pool itself has step access, whilst there is an edging around the pool. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 78cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 78cm.
