Cosy apartment for 4 people located on the seafront of Puerto de Alcúdia.
The terrace is an absolutely magic place thanks to such a unique and astonishing views to the paradisiacal beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. Imagine having a Mediterranean breakfast or a glass of white wine while contemplating the crystal-clear waters.

Inside of this second floor apartment without elevator, you will find a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, where you can relax watching satellite TV or reading an interesting book. The kitchen features induction cooktop, oven and everything necessary to cook as if you were doing so at home. The laundry area has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two dormitories, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and wardrobe. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house has a bathroom with shower.

This fantastic apartment is located in a privileged area since you only have to go downstairs to enjoy its breathtaking beach. Moreover, it puts at your reach, on foot, all the essential services for a pleasant holiday, such as bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. We suggest you visiting the center of Alcúdia with its mythical Roman ruins and its market on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Pets are not welcomed.

Falsely Advertised

Very disappointed with this property. The restaurant shown in the advertisement does not exist, it is now wasteground, the advert photos are years old. The property is ran down, the complex is dirty, broken slabs, badly lit. On top of this the toilet leaked and we were given towels to soak up the dirty water every day. Avoid this property and Villafinca at all costs. Unfortunately, this site does not allow me to upload photos as this is the most misadvertised scam advertisement I have ever seen, Beware!
