Mi experiencia en el Hotel Rafael fue excelente. El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, tanto la habitación como las áreas comunes. Se nota mucho el cuidado y la atención al detalle. Sin duda, un lugar cómodo y agradable para hospedarse en Madrid. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.
