On the ground floor, the welcoming lounge area is furnished with a dining table and a flat screen television with access to international TV channels, creating a comfortable space for relaxation and shared meals. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace, offering pleasant outdoor access. 1 bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
