「Our family of 10 had an amazing stay in this villa in September. There was ample room for us all, facilities were fantastic and the cleanliness of the property was great.Host Sonja was very responsive and checked in with us during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed.Walking distance to the marina and supermarket however a very steep hill to the supermarket.Only issue we experienced was the pool was dirty on our arrival and we were unable to use this until the second day of our trip...

「The villa is fantastic. We had a wonderful holiday and will be back.It’s in a great location on the site for all the pools.We had some lovely bbqs of an evening.We hired a car so went out lots but it was nice to come back to our own pool.Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa」

「Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything you need to have a great and relaxing time. We did just end up using Ubers to get to the villa but the bus station is just across the road from where the villa is. The area is nice and quiet but only a 20 minute walk from Old Town. There is also a Lidl and Aldi a few minutes walk away to pick up anything you need for your stay. We really appreciated the few groceries that were already provided to us when we arrived as well. 「Checking in was irritating, uploading my passport caused errors. Finally I succeeded apparently, while the website still said there was an error. The apartment was beyond terrible. Lock of the apartment didn’t work. Cockroaches, dirty kitchen, clogged sink in bathroom. Balcony smelled like urine, stains all over the walls, pillows and sheets. A horrible place, not the place we worked our whole year for to celebrate our holiday. Take this apartment out of your system. It’s awful. 」

「Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Mit fast allem drin. Hatten Probleme mit der Gartenpforte, ungelöst. Mit den Haustürschlössern, teilweise gelöst. Haus liegt direkt an Umgehungsstraße. Das steht nirgendwo. Extrem lauter Straßenverkehr ab 6 Uhr bis ca. 23 Uhr. Parkplatz nur bis Wagenlänge 4,65 m nutzbar. Agenturmitarbeiter jederzeit erreichbar, aber leider teilweise schwer von Begriff. No-Go jemanden für doof zu erklären. Die Aussendienstleute dafür superfreundlich und schnell da. 「We had an amazing time at this house as a whole family. The listing is exactly as describe. The pictures and description of the property are very accurate. We had excellent communication with our hosts who provided many recommendations for what to do and see in the area. There are three bedrooms and perfect for 3 adult couples or a family with children. The beach is a 5 minute walk and it is easy to get around the area even without a car. We will definitely be coming back to visit again.」

「Check in went smooth, with a code for the keys. Kitchen was fully equipped. The only things we really missed were a pair of scissors and a kettle.」

「The house is in an excellent location for walking to the beach, restaurants and other sights in Albufeira. The rooftop patio was an unexpected surprise and we used it regularly. It just needs some seating and other amenities. The responsiveness of the host team could be better, and there were several items that were broken, or not clean, that we had to bring to the team's attention. Hopefully these will all be addressed for future guests.」
