The villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area with direct access outside, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them en-suite, plus a shared bathroom with shower. The lower floor offers 3 more bedrooms, 2 en-suite, another shared bathroom with shower, and a guest WC.
Outside, enjoy the private swimming pool (heatable upon request), outdoor shower, barbecue area, and several terraces and dining spaces ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco.
With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking for 2 vehicles, this villa offers comfort and convenience. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants — including a 2 Michelin star venue — the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve. Albufeira is just a 10-minute drive away.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
