Villa Boracay is a charming property located in a peaceful area of São Rafael, ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy and close proximity to the stunning beaches of the Algarve.



The living room is bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time together, with direct access to the outdoors that creates a harmonious flow between the interior and garden spaces.



This single-storey villa features three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. With two bathrooms, the villa ensures comfort and convenience for families or groups of friends.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home with ease and comfort.



Outside, the villa invites you to enjoy a private heatable pool (additional cost), surrounded by a pleasant garden, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, perfect for sunny days. Entertainment is guaranteed with a ping-pong table and a pool table available for guests.



Located within walking distance of São Rafael and Arrifes beaches, and close to restaurants, bars and other amenities, this is the perfect choice for a peaceful holiday with easy access to everything Albufeira has to offer.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
