Overall we was disappointed with the property due to there being a lot more damage than what we wasn't expecting and then blamed for. Even though within 15 minutes of being there we found a number of broken or damaged items. The built extension floods when there is heavy downpour as well. Broken sunbed which we didn't use but was blamed for it. A broken bunk bed and nothing was put in place even though the knew the villa was at full capacity. Missing plates, bowls and glasses which was also blamed for. A leaking washing machine which was not disclosed. Disappointed once again at the fact we paid for the use of two Jacuzzi's and only one was working. I wasn't contacted or toId I had to chase the company to then be told that it's not working and their waiting on parts to then get a refund.Due to the number of issues, I spent my time going back and forth reporting problems. Then to add insult to injury they kept my damage deposit, when I was told that this property was vetted by multiple people beforehand. If that was the case how did me and my family find so many problems within the space or 15 minutes.I have waited up to 3/4 weeks for my complaint to be dealt and haven't heard anything back from the correct department. After I was told I would be sent supporting evidence due to a lack of information and proof. We felt as they were using our money to fix already existing problems. I wouldn't recommend. On that note Sandra was wonderful, our meet and greet host.
