"It is a hotel within walking distance from downtown. There is a riverside promenade, making it a quiet and relaxing environment. The Alaska Railroad Anchorage Station is also nearby, so it can serve well as a base for travel. The facilities are a bit dated and the amenities are minimal, but sufficient. A complimentary buffet-style breakfast was provided, which was very convenient."

"PeopleMoverのバス停が近く、ダウンタウンまでのアクセスもよかった（徒歩込みでも20分弱、アプリ導入でパスをカード決済可）。周囲にレストランは少ないが、冷凍食品やインスタント食品、ドリンクはホテル内で購入できた（部屋に電子レンジ、冷蔵庫あり）。朝食の自分で焼くワッフルもおいしい。空港か駅ならシャトルバスを無料で利用できて便利、電話でも親切に対応してもらえた。"
