"I booked a King Corner room and upon checking they assigned me a middle room 2 queen beds. The guy checking me in didn’t tell me and let me find out by opening the door. After I called the front desk, she blamed it on booking with a 3rd party, even though I confirmed 24hrs prior to check in. Why would they knowingly give my room away?!!! Will never go back."

"The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. We were asked to walk to another restaurant for restaurant service and directed to eat snacks from the minibar instead. During our stay there were several consecutive days including a whole weekend when the restaurant was not made available to hotel guests while charging guests an extra "amenity fee". The hotel has a nice gym but no swimming pool, so the hotel restaurant feels like a minimum thing to count on among amenities."
