「Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. 」

「The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids...

「Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self...

「Room was mostly clean, property is old and needs a refresher. Nice view from the balcony. I wouldn’t stay here again. 」
