「The condominium was great very accommodating. The host is amazing will rent from him again. The only thing I would say is the pillows had a smell to them」

「Our second time renting this unit. Great location, located near all shops and restaurants but very quiet. The unit is comfortable for 2, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay although the kitchen is not meant for serious cooking.」

「The property was clean, safe, and secure. Very nice property and communication with the owners was easy. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had in an extremely timely manner. We never had to wait for a response. The property is in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants, etc., which made it quick and easy to get any food or items that we needed without having to travel far from the property. 」

「The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use. 」

「We have stayed in over 30 VRBO’s in the past 10 years. The Trolley Car is by far the most charming, clean, and well maintained of any. The off street parking was a big plus especially since it’s the Mardi Gras season. It was a great experience all the way around. We will definitely return. 」
