He deserves special recognition and appreciation. The food service was excellent, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The only minor downside was the hot weather in August, which kept us indoors more often than we would have liked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning."
"Everything about this stay is a thumbs up! Sri on reception is most helpful and understanding to all your needs, he even arranged ice cubes in my room without my request, because I told him I had sore eyes! The cleanliness is immaculate. I was very impressed with the bath tiles and shower glass door. Thank you Yoleta! The breakfast is served at a restaurant next door. It is very nice, but I would just say it's not necessary to pay in advance with your room booking because there isn't a buffet, and so you can order up to 150 dirhams which is exactly what you pay if you reserve with your room. Better to see the menu first, and order a la carte that way you are pay for what you eat. There is a pay car park close to the hotel, it was very busy when I was there, so I had to park a little further away. The manager was lovely and gave me complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. He also said he is in the process of applying for a couple of spaces for hotel guests to use. Overall, I had a fabulous time and for sure I will stay again and again!
