When arriving the BellHop I think his name was Elias(sorry if I got it wrong, great guy) greeted us and took our bags. We were met by Fred in the registration desk who was awesome he was friendly and made a miserable trip much better. Clean and economical

Our 5-night stay was wonderful! The hotel was centrally located for all our needs...including our New Year's Eve festivities. The staff was attentive and very professional. I especially liked the fully-equipped kitchenette in the room... we made good use of it and were able to eat-in a couple nights. What a savings!! Overall, everything was lovely. For our next visit to Abu Dhabi, we plan to make reservations again at the Majlis Grand Mercure Residence.

The staff were very professional and very helpful. My visit to Abu Dhabi was made much better because of how kind, helpful and pleasant Jannah Hotel made my stay. The hotel is MUCH better looking up close and personal, though the pictures are nice. Clean and very affordable, I am recommending this hotel is ALL my friends and family when they come to visit!! Excellent service during check-in and throughout the stay. Comfortable bed, large room, very nice shower. It was great value for money and we will come back again.

We were there for one night only (sad, would have loved to stay longer in this hotel). We got an upgrade, and the reservations also very easily changed a non-refundable reservation from one day to another, when our plans had changed. If I could give six stars I would. This hotel exceeded expectations- staff, decor, meals and just the general environment. I would definitely recommend. Also an extremely convenient location for things to do and see, especially shopping.
