Zacharia in the Concierge Service was amazing and arranged so much for us including a very long transfer to the hotel with sightseeing enroute. Sheryl, Customer relations Manager was also a delight. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

If anyone asks us about where to stay in Muscat, Oman, we will all endorse the Kempinski without even the slightest hesitation. Neither I nor my family members can think of anything at all that could be improved. The entire trip, from start to finish, was flawless. We received unparalleled hospitality from every member of the staff and management.
