「It is very nice location and staff inside the hotel. Only receptionists were busy and ignore additional requests when you make it. In overall, highly recommend. 」

「Just one thing we observe if you can go to Holly kabbah a bit hilly 5mints. Not good for those families who have children and they want to walk through road. But very near the kabbah if you can adult and like the walk.」

「We have enjoyed our stay (Quality hotel, Nice service, The staff are very friendly and pleasant). 20*25 mins walk to Al-Masjid Al-Haram. I wish they would provide a shuttle service from the hotel to Masjid Haram as this was the most inconvenient for us. What's more, if they could pay more attention to breakfast, which is the same every day, without much variety. I highly recommend !!」

「Reception desk was unfriendly and very poor, they were more interested in how much we paid for the room even thou we had a paid booking, it was as if they were looking for a way to get more money out of us.. Shuttle service was okay going but very unreliable coming back.. never clean our rooms or supplied towels... 」
