「We liked it because it was very close and helpful however the room was tight for 4 beds, 2 rooms 7 people shared the toilet and window has no view and it does not open」

「Reception desk was unfriendly and very poor, they were more interested in how much we paid for the room even thou we had a paid booking, it was as if they were looking for a way to get more money out of us.. Shuttle service was okay going but very unreliable coming back.. never clean our rooms or supplied towels... 」
