Nearest to the haraam, no problem with lift or escalator, breakfast is just basic and WiFi is terrible we have to use 5 g all the time. You can hear noises from the corridor . Few days couldn’t sleep at night people from other room was chatting in corridor .

Clean room , cooperative staff , great breakfast, most important is the distance to haram was really 2 min , shops and food inside the building so it was great . I like it and highly recommended Thank you Al safwa orchid hotel 💙

Very close to Haram, spacious room, neat and clean, good staff, excellent breakfast, very good house keeping staff. I would like to stay again in this hotel, if God willing.

Hotel location was excellent, 3 mins away from Haram Staff very polite and friendly the only thing that the ladies at the hotel mosque shouting during the prayer instructing us to stay in line which was very annoying Also breakfast quality was not great

I had a wonderful experience thanks to a very pleasant and helpful bellman named Aseel. He went above and beyond to help me with my luggage and make sure I was safely connected with my Uber ride. It was during Fajr prayer time, and the road was extremely busy, but Aseel patiently stayed with me and made sure I got connected to my ride safely. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made my journey to the airport so much easier and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back again, and honestly, this particular experience with Aseel is one of the reasons I look forward to returning. Thank you, Aseel, for going the extra mile!

We booked this hotel due to its closeness to haram, but overall hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. My son has asthma and other allergies and the rooms were severely dirty. Even after multiple attempts to the front desk, no house keeping staff was sent our way. At the end, i had to involve expedia to sort things out for us and after countless attempts to explaining myself to property staff and expedia, our room was changed on day 2. All in all, expensive hotel but poor customer service and poor overall property care.

The stay at Al Safwah was amazing right outside the haram lots of food places and shops for shopping. Overall great stay would come again. Breakfast was also really good.
