Spacious Living Areas: Enter the home through an expanded foyer with a built-in coat and shoe drop. The main level boasts a welcoming living room and dining area with sliding doors leading to an expanded exterior deck. Enjoy fresh paint, beamed ceilings, and original hardwood flooring throughout.
🥘 Updated Kitchen: Our kitchen has been refreshed with modern touches, including new paint, ceramic tile flooring, a stylish tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to cook up a feast.
🛏️ Comfortable Bedrooms: Head up five steps to find four generously sized bedrooms, each featuring hardwood flooring, fresh paint, and updated lighting. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower. There are three other bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the last bedroom features a twin trundle bed. Perfect for families or groups needing plenty of sleeping space. The additional full bathroom is on this level with a tub/shower combo.
🛁 Modern Bathrooms: The two full bathrooms have been rejuvenated with newer flooring, vanities, and fixtures. There is a half bath located on the lower level. Relax and refresh in style.
🖥️ Family Room & Office Space: The lower level features a cozy family room with a half bathroom and exterior access. A built-in desk and bookshelves make this an ideal workspace, keeping your stay clutter-free.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🚭If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning.
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
