「Chambre propre, personnel acceuillant.」

「Lovely hotel the staff were the highlight of the trip very friendly and hospitable. The food wasn’t as good as we thought it would be though for a 4 Star hotel. Breakfast was pretty average, the dinner was ok but it definitely wasn’t brilliant. Overall it was a great hotel. Highlighted by a lovely outlook to the pool from our room. Staff were brilliant. 」

「this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad. 3 nights were forced to...

「1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.」

「Vraiment un endroit merveilleux, tout a été parfait. Le palais est magnifique, la décoration tant des parties communes que des chambres est un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Un calme absolu. 「If you are looking for beautiful rooms, excellent staff, no need to rush to get your towel on a sun bed and peace and quiet then this is the hotel to stay in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. The sun beds are very comfortable. The pool has three different depths so good for a cooling dip.
