Clean room, comfortable bed and nice property. Easy parking on site then walk to town centre ( just a corner away). If you want to go to the lake you’ll need a car or walk 40 minutes which we didn’t mind. Breakfast was pretty decent

Beautiful building, lovely quiet area. Spacious room & large comfortable bed. Only issue was air conditioning unit fairly noisy. Great access to train station, shops & restaurants.

The hotel was conveniently situated to walk to the town centre. It was quiet, very clean and nicely decorated. Modern bathroom and comfortable bed. There are a few things that could be improved, either bottled water in the mini fridge or a jug to put water in, a socket near the mirror to use own hairdryer etc and also more bath towels. We only had one between two, we only realised after dinner and the staff had gone home. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay again.

Nice, but noisy

The premium room is nicely renovated, flawlessly clean, still pretty small. There is a lot of noise from the park I guess children playing all day long and at night some machine or a/c working in the middle of the night every half an hour for a couple of minutes ( not sure what it was) I tried to complain, but the young lady at the reception did not know English, so no result.

Franchement décevant, nous nous attendions à mieux. Certes, la chambre était spacieuse, mais elle était initialement prévue pour deux personnes alors que nous étions trois : un lit double et un petit lit. Deuxièmement, le radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu le séjour inconfortable. Nous avons demandé une réparation le lendemain, mais elle n’a pas été effectuée. Aucune alternative ne nous a été proposée, comme un changement de chambre ou au moins une note indiquant que le problème n’avait pas pu être résolu. Nous avons également demandé que les serviettes, qui n’avaient pas d’odeur de fraîcheur, soient changées le deuxième jour après utilisation. À notre retour, elles n’avaient pas été remplacées, et le lendemain on nous a répondu : « Les serviettes n’ont pas été mises par terre, donc elles n’ont pas été changées ». Je trouve cela révélateur d’un manque de coordination. Malgré une chambre spacieuse, le service ne justifie malheureusement pas le prix.
