「Location is awesome. It would have been nice if the details explained where parking is located. Parking was not too far away and a breeze. Pricing was not too expensive. The apt. has its challenges. Entry into the building is a bit lacking of desirability. Once you get to the unit it’s spacious and works. Beds are good, heating units take a few to quick in, but downstairs never fully heats up. Our only complaints are no WiFi and the cleanliness. It lacks that extra touch. We’d stay...

「Appartamento impeccabile, super luminoso, pulito e con tutto il necessario per soddisfare almeno 4 persone (pentole, piatti, bicchieri , ecc). Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Annecy e comodamente servito da autobus, stazione a due passi. Negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle strade adiacenti. 「Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. 」

「A part pour l'emplacement car l'appartement est central dans Annecy, cet appartement n'est pas intéressant et encore moins en famille. Il n'y a pas la vaisselle permettant de manger dans l'appartement ni le nécessaire pour protéger la table. A noter que comme c'est dans le vieux quartier d'Annecy , le parquet grince et de ce fait nous entendions tous les pas de l'immeuble; Impossible de faire dormir un jeune enfant.」
