Welcome to our charming home in Ainvelle, ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. With 3 cozy bedrooms and a dedicated space for a children's bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. The two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the third offers both a double and a single bed for added flexibility and privacy.

Our home is fully equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The modern kitchen includes all the essential appliances, including an oven, and a large dining table that seats 8. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet (300 Mbps), and unwind in front of the smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, and Prime Video. For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the private sauna (fits two people)

The house is cozy year-round, with electric convector heaters in the living room and bedrooms, as well as a wood burner in the living room and kitchen for extra warmth. The kitchen floor is heated with underfloor heating for added comfort. Please note, however, that the hallways connecting the rooms, kitchen, and bathroom are unheated, which can make them a bit chilly in the winter months.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful garden with a spacious terrace, complete with comfortable seating and a large picnic table – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a meal with friends and family.

The Neighborhood:
Ainvelle is located just across the Vosges border near Haute Marne and Haute saone. The area is quiet with many opportunities for walking, cycling and relaxing. The town of Bourbonne Les Bains, known for its thermal baths, is 10 minutes away. The beautiful fortified town of Langres can be reached within 35 minutes and it is also a nice starting point for the higher area of ​​the Vosges, including the ski resort of La Bresse, which is a short 2-hour drive from the house. The ski area is open from 06:00 to 22:00 and gives you a day full of skiing fun.
Of course a trip to Dijon or Nancy is also possible, both are less than an hour's drive away. And don't forget to visit the nearby villages. During the summer there are many (brocante) markets there.
