「A comfortable, family style hotel with helpful, understanding staff, good spacious rooms and a restaurant offering a tasty traditional dishes. Parking spaces are limited so it’s worth checking on alternative locations to park」

「Let me start by saying the staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating! We had a stop over in Germany for a few days on our way home from Ireland. Unfortunately, they were in the middle of an oppressive heatwave and there was no air conditioning in our room. When we opened the windows to let in fresh air, we realized we were on a street train route and it was so loud. We ended up spending the least amount of time in the room as possible. 「Super verblijf op een goede locatie. Kunt de auto parkeren en op loopafstand van het centrum.」

「The bed is clean and comfortable, the view is super」

「ライトチェックインの場合、電話で呼び出さないといけないので、特にドイツで電話が使えない観光客が利用する場合はそこだけ注意が必要です。 部屋自体は綺麗で、スタッフも親切です！」

The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. My whole family was packed in the living room, and we have to share bathroom with other people for the entire stay. The bathroom also had very bad smell and not well maintained. During our staying, we asked room service, but no...
