"Excellent relaxing weekend compliments to chef for breakfast and dinner. Poolside bar was casual and friendly. Tennis courts need some love but newly surfaced paddle ball courts. The lap pool was my favorite way to cool off but we swam in four pools during our stay. Room dated yet beds, sheets, towels and bath all excellent. Everything was clean. All staff from grounds crew, pool and tennis , bar, restaurant, front desk friendly and engaging. We even enjoyed a couple old time games shuffle board and horse shoes."

"They were truly the nicest Vrbo experience we've ever had. They must have sympathsized with airport travel. We got to Norwegian Wood, the lights were on, key was readily available and music playing. So welcoming. All questions answered efficiently. Place was so cute and cozy. Roosters crowing every morning. Great experience!!"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay! The views from the cabin were stunning and the cabin itself was so cozy and comfortable for our night there. Waking up to the sunrise in the morning was incredible and the views of the sunset, stars, and Milky Way at night were fantastic. It was quiet and peaceful and the cabin itself was beautiful and comfortable, with everything we needed.The drive up to the cabin is as described on the listing and we had no issues following the host instructions. I'd echo what some other reviews say and plan to arrive before dark for ease of navigating the road to the property. It is a bit of a steep/windy drive up. Dana was timely in sending any information for check-in/check-out and responsive to any messages/needs!I'm just sad we only stayed one night! Looking forward to returning for a longer stay."

The host made it super easy for us by giving clear instructions and an easy to follow digital guidebook which was AMAZING. The place was clean and everything was so thoughtfully provided.
