Nestled near the picturesque seaside town of Plakias and the village of Sellia in south Crete, the villas offer wonderful views of the south Cretan Sea, capturing the essence of modern luxury and traditional Cretan character and providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable vacations.
The property is located 2 km from Souda sandy beaches, restaurants, and taverns, while Plakias resort is just 3 km away, offering a wide range of amenities.
Pyrgos exquisite consists of four 2-bedroom villas and three 1-bedroom villas, with a private pool each.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this villa, designed to accommodate up to five guests. A newly built 55 square meter oasis, this home boasts breathtaking views of the waterfront and the majestic mountains, inviting you to bask in the natural beauty that surrounds you.
Each villa features a one-story layout. Upon entering, you'll find a living-dining area with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, and a modern shower/WC. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, and the other with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning units and flat-screen TVs. The pool at each villa measures 27 sqm, and there is outside furniture to enjoy the Cretan sun.
The surrounding area is blessed with some of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The nearby renowned beach of Preveli, with its unique palm forest, and Damnoni are just two of the exceptional options. Majestic gorges, historical sites, and cultural attractions can also be found in the vicinity.

Villa with nice view
Very nice location with beatiful view
Cleaning should definitely be paid more attention. The windows were dirty, there was dirt in the corners, cobwebs on the ceiling, etc. The bottom of the pool was dirty as well and it was only cleaned on the morning of our departure. Cheap furniture with very sharp corners, the door handle caused a 5cm bloody wound on my back. I would definitely expect better quality for this money and villa.

Neue, luxuriöse Anlage mit privatem Flair und atemberaubenden Blick
Die Anlage sieht genauso aus wie auf den Vorschaubildern! Die Raumaufteilung mit zwei ensuite Bädern und die Ausstattung des Apartments ist perfekt und die Terrasse mit privatem Pool und grandiosem Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit beeindruckend. Die Anlage ist neu, sehr sauber und gepflegt, es kommen mehrmals Reinigungskräfte mit Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel, sowie Poolboys. Man könnte auch den ganzen Urlaub nur dort oben verbringen!
Die Parkplätze sind eine Herausforderung, wenn man keinen SUV oder Jeep fährt. Wenn man Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder frisch Verliebte als Nachbarn hat, ist es mit der Urlaubsruhe vorbei. Es ist sehr hellhörig! Der Vermieter kann nichts dafür, aber er müsste zumindest seinen Gästen mit kleinen Kindern eine Empfehlung geben.
