"It took over 3 hours to checkin. They said the room wasn't ready due to typhoon. "

"I know that the facility is old. Given leeway for that, the facility needs a major overhaul with window repair and air conditioning issues. All of my curtains were soak due to leaky windows. The electricity went off, only for a thirty second duration, but the air conditioner went off with it. I didn't notice the air condition until it got really humid inside of the room. Other than those inconveniences, I can't really complain."

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and have fantastic views, and the breakfast buffet has a huge variety of options. But my favorite thing is the infinity pool overlooking beautiful Tumon bay. "
