「We booked a 4 night stay in Agadir for our wedding anniversary. We emailed the hotel for our airport transfer which they kindly arranged without any issues. Mr Houcine called us personally the day before our travel to reassure us that all was ok. On arrival to Agadir airport, our driver was on time, warm & welcoming. A lovely start! 「If you come to Agadir for the resort-on-the-beach experience this is not for you. However, for any other purpose, this is a good option. The room and bath was large and well apportioned. The TV had a fairly good selection of channels, including BBC News and CNBC.CNN was on the list, but not available for viewing. The location seems to be an upscale development area, with Robinson and Sofitel establishments nearby. However, there are no restauraunts nearby for off premises eating. This is a...

「The staff are the star of the hotel. Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too. The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell. Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son. The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional. Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities. 」
