KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar w/ seating, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, Crock-Pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker

SUNROOM: foosball table, wall-mount scrabble game

LAUNDRY: washer and dryer located in closet right off of the dining room. Detergent is provided for guests!

BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, nightstands with lamps, smart TV, bench

BATHROOM 1: Private en-suite for queen bedroom with single vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, toiletries provided

Second Floor:

LOUNGE/LANDING: Loveseat, TV, video & board games

BEDROOM 2: King bed, nightstands with lamps, bench, closet with hangers

BEDROOM 3: King bed, nightstands with lamps, chair, closet with hangers (child's pack and play located in the closet)

BEDROOM 4: Two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), dresser, closet with hangers, wall-mount basketball hoop

BATHROOM 2: Single vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, toiletries provided

Outdoor: Deck w/ gas grill (propane provided), fire pit with 8 new Adirondack chairs, climbing geodome, kids soccer goal.

NOTE: If you are traveling with a larger party, please check out the Afton Clubhouse, located right next door. (and please note, there is a property right next door). If you plan to use the fire pit, please make arrangements to purchase your own firewood.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the farmhouse. It was a great location for our extended family to celebrate a graduation at UVA. Definitely better than multiple hotel rooms. We were close to everything we needed-- Charlottesville, Crozet, local winery with great views, movies in Waynesboro. The house looked just like the photos and provided everything for family fun--full kitchen, dining space, wifi, TVs, and indoor/ outdoor fun with foosball, firepit seating, mini basketball, soccer goal, and cornhole. We used it all! The hosts were easy to reach and very prompt in responding to inquiries. Check in and check out were a breeze. I definitely recommend this place!

Great house space for family T'giving

We gathered here for T'giving---our 3 adult daughters, 2 partners and 2 infants. The room setup worked out really well for this, spacious living area which was open and accommodated some people cooking and others at the table or in the sofa area but all connected. Having the fenced yard was key as we did have dogs with us. The one thing to be aware of is that the property is just off a main highway so there is noise from that---you aren't in a secluded and quiet spot. The host was great, very easy check-in and check-out. There's another property next door that she also owns and one of our daughters is planning to rent both from her for a friend's upcoming wedding in the area.

Very well appointed and pretty farmhouse

This house was great. The location was super close to many breweries and vineyards, including the one we had a family wedding at. Its about 20 minutes to Charlottesville. The house was clean and cute, 3 bedrooms had very nice king beds, one had 2 bunkbeds. The place had all cleaning supplies, a well stocked kitchen with all needed cooking materials. The deck and yard were lovely. Nearby highway hidden for the most part by trees, no noise inside the house but every room also had sound machines. Recent and very pretty renovations, this house worked out great for our bunch!
