「My husband and I will always remember our trip at Crossroad Inn fondly. It felt a bit strange at first, renovating an old American house into a guesthouse, but it was a truly special experience for us. It felt similar to the old residential environment we saw at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial in Monticello, and it will remain a new memory, unlike any we've experienced on our previous trips to the US. The early morning jog to the winery will also be a fond memory.」

「Sandra was in touch to remind and provide helpful information days in advance of our trip. The old mansion is gorgeous, with stately old, tall and gnarly silver maples flanking the beautiful entrance. Lots of rocking chairs our front. We lucked out, too, as weather was beautiful. It was a great pleasure to meet Sandra. She took such good care of us. Her breakfasts were first rate, and she had suggestions for about any kind of entertainment in the area. She had many Virginia wines...

Linda is a fantastic host and so very friendly and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed multiple nights. Of all the places we stayed during our vacation this was, by far, our favorite!! 「First time at a bed and breakfast. Very enjoyable and more important relaxing spot away from the craziness of the city. Room was perfect and I actually enjoyed the room not having a tv which was a great way to disconnect and I appreciate that! Would come back here again for a wine trip!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint and luxurious bed-and-breakfast. There were comfortable common areas to enjoy along with the complete privacy of your own room complete with coffee, tea, and a personal sized refrigerator. The hostess had the option to take breakfast to go with many drink and food items to choose from. She even accommodated our dietary and allergy restrictions. We thought the breakfast sliders were amazing!」

「Fun and historic B&B with very lovely owner/hosts. Pam and William are a delight and the home is comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast served daily with coffee and tea all day. Great places to curl up with a book or, enjoy the outdoor seating. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, If you're interested, William will be happy to show you around and share some history of the house. Great visit! 」
