Zacharia in the Concierge Service was amazing and arranged so much for us including a very long transfer to the hotel with sightseeing enroute. Sheryl, Customer relations Manager was also a delight. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

Neither I nor my family members can think of anything at all that could be improved. The entire trip, from start to finish, was flawless.
