- New modern-style apartment in a brand-new small residence with a pool in Affi. We’re located in a quiet area yet convenient to all essential amenities, just 2 minutes from the Affi highway exit and 7 minutes from the lake (Bardolino). The apartment (approx. 60 sqm) can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is located on the top floor and consists of a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a window and shower, and a small utility room with a washing machine. It features a beautiful 20 sqm covered terrace facing east and a balcony accessible from the bedroom, facing west toward the garden and pool. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The property also features a very spacious parking space in an easily accessible underground garage.
Swimming pool is open from 1st of May until 30 September.
