「Absolutely beautiful hotel. Would come back to Chios just to stay here!」

「Worst things first: somehow the Hotel finds it acceptable to blast pounding clubbing music later into the night on the beach right outside the room . I had to beg four times before they agreed to turn the music down close to 11 PM. Simply unacceptable. Secondly the restaurant food is poor unexciting an over priced. Third the layout of the rooms is poor. Light switches far away from everything and sockets in inconvenient locations. Finally except for the beach there’s absolutely nothing around...

「チェックインの時間が15時間は理解しているんですが12時に到着し15時までホテルのカフェで待つのは仕方ないですが、炎天下の中預けたスーツケース２つとバック２つを入口横に放ったらかしにされたのは、このレベルのホテルではどうかなぁと思いました。またレストランのスタッフの女性は素晴らしい心のこもった接客対応でしたが、その他のスタッフの方々は機械的な対応でした。今回何故ロカベラーホテルを選択したかと言うと、12年前に宿泊させて頂き、接客対応と朝食のレパートリーの凄さに感動し今回凄く楽しみにしていたんですが、朝食はオーダーだけで、かなりレベルが低い朝食になっていて残念でした。全てにおいてガッカリする宿泊になりました。」

「I really enjoyed staying in this nice hotel. Although this hotel does not have a swimming pool, it is located near a couple of beaches within 10 mins on foot. My sons enjoyed swimming and playing there. The room was clean and confortable. Breakfast was also nice. 」
