Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

It's situated approx 7 mins away from town in one direction, so you can leave the car on the drive, (a major plus) and 10 mins walk away from the woods in the other: ideal for an early morning, or any time dog walk! There's a hose in the garden for dirty boots and dogs and the back gate locks for security. Heating was easy to adjust and the fire worked beautifully. "Staff were brilliant and polite , the location was perfect for access to the main sites to see . There is a cracking little walk from the hotel to the river which gives you a nice evening walk to the folly bridge to then walk into the main area Only issue I have is the ev car charges need to be upgraded as they were extremely slower than usual , charged for 20 hours and only got 15% in it .. but did see this also on other reviews . The room was very quiet and clean . Definately recommend it , the breakfast was very good also with a big selection ."
