"We were here to move our son into his dorm for his sophomore year. Previous stays have been at the Holiday Inn Express and Hilton off Davis Hwy at I-10. Both of those were priced twice as much per night as here. Neither has a full kitchen. So for the value, this well exceeds expectations. Now, having said that, here are a few things to know - While there is a full kitchen, with a full stove and oven, it's not equipped with a lot of cooking supplies so if you plan to do any cooking, you might want to bring your own. We ended up making a cookie sheet out of foil, which worked. But they only give you one pot and one pan. Also, bring fish soap so you can wash your used dishes, especially if you are traveling with a family. They give you 4 plates, 4 bowls, and 4 of each utensil. Our room did flood as there was a heavy storm during our stay, but the management was very accommodating and even allowed us to do late check out with no additional fees. Overall, we had a good stay, the location was perfectly located to the university, walking distance to Publix and Target, plenty of parking even with our trailer. This will likely be our go to for future stays."
