When I finally got in, the room wasn’t clean, the bed wasn’t freshly mad and the toilet paper roll was sitting on the counter. The trash by the elevator was full. Then when I went back downstairs to get a new room, I got a key to already occupied room. I put the key I. And opened someone’s room at 1:30am. Imagine that! Thankfully, they had the deadbolt on from their side. The manager was supposed to call me Friday morning around 11am. Never heard from management. Don’t stay here! It’s awful. "
