"Beautifully renovated room. No coffee pot, no soap in shower, no wifi, no maintenence in evening for clogged toilet, elevator dirty for 2 days, & ran very slow. Stairs did not connect to lobby. "

"Staff were nice. Fast and easy check-in. Breakfast was clean and nice to have when you’re on the go. The cons, pool and hot tub was filthy. Towels weren’t easily available. Had to ask staff for it and it was the thin and raggedy. Parking was right in front of a busy street. Room it self felt old. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper for the kids to take a bath. We had two queens for 4 people but there were only two towels. "
