The staff were definitely the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was very kind, friendly, and attentive. The property itself was fine, but there were a few things that would have made for a much nicer stay. The pool was cloudy and had some debris on the bottom, and the jacuzzi was extremely green. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids use the pool either night we stayed, which was disappointing. The exterior trash cans also remained full throughout the entire weekend. I know this because we put some trash on top of one of the piles on Saturday, and it was still sitting there on Monday. I understand the hotel may have limited control over what happens outside the property, but we also did not feel particularly safe in the parking lot at night. There were quite a few homeless individuals wandering around and congregating along the sides of the building. Overall, the staff were excellent, but the condition of the pool/jacuzzi, overflowing trash cans, and feeling of safety around the exterior took away from what otherwise could have been a much better stay.

Mattress was extremely soft and worn, time to replace.
