Serafino McLaren Vale
The staff were friendly, and the price was fair. The beds were comfortable, but there were bugs everywhere—mosquitoes and flies in the room interrupted our sleep, and there were millipedes in the bathroom. The room needs pest control and renovation. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night.

The property was OK but not excellent, the shower floor was slippery when wet, the staff were very good, there was no sound on the tv until one of the staff came and fixed the issue.
