Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access. Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didn’t answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either. I eventually made contact with host via email and they replied promptly and dropped bath towels 10 mins...
