Summary:
Positioned along the prestigious Gouger Street in the Adelaide CBD and this is a perfect lock-up and-leave studio apartment. This historic stone-fronted building (built c.1839 ) stands tall and grand to welcome visitors into the city via the western gateway.

Walking distance to Adelaide central market, Chinatown, and Victoria square.

Cafes , bars, restaurants, public transportation and Universities are just at your doorstep.

Please note: Internet is not available at the moment.

The Space:
Located on prestigious Gouger Street, this lock-up-and-leave studio sits in a stunning stone-fronted heritage building (c.1839). You’ll be just a short walk from the Central Market, Chinatown and Victoria Square, with cafés, bars, restaurants, public transport and universities right at your doorstep.

Please note: Wi-Fi is currently unavailable.

A simple, convenient and centrally located CBD base.

Guest Access:
Guest can have the entire apartment.

Paid Laundry facility is located upstairs.

Washing machine - $5 per load
Dryer- $5 per load

The Neighborhood:
Gouger Street is known for its diverse and high-end international restaurants and cafés, cuisines found along Gouger Street include Italian, French, Argentinian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai and so much more.

Getting Around:
- A Chinese restaurant is at the end of the building. Multiple Cafes, bars,
and restaurants are just few mins away.
- 9 mins walking distance to Adelaide central market and China town.
- 13 mins walking distance to Victoria square.

Free public transportations to Rundle Mall from Victoria square.

Free public transapostation such as Tram (City only), 98A 98C 99A 99C city Connector can take you travel around the city.

Other Things to Note:
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.

Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.

Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.

Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.

Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

Complicated check in

To access property we had to pick up a key from a lock box which was located a block away from the property.this was inconvenient. Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access. Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didn’t answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either. I eventually made contact with host via email and they replied promptly and dropped bath towels 10 mins later. Ok for just a one night stay
