"This isn't our first stay at Stamford Plaza, it is a great place to stay, location is brilliant, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was great, comfortable bed and everything you need on hand. We didn't have any issues at all, nice touch to have complimentary water each day, even got some lindt chocolate on one of the days which was nice."

"This property was deceptively marketed as a full fledged luxury hotel. It is actually a hotel built as an attachment to a casino, with various facilities hidden in and around the casino and not easy to access. Particularly disappointing were the lack of food outlets in the hotel and the lack of a swimming pool - the hotel was said to have a full fitness facility and pool, but all it had was a small dipping pool too small to swim in. The room was large and nicely laid out. It’s too bad the facilities were not of the same standard."
