Requested parking but no ticket was left in lock box. Spoke to someone on phone whom I could barely understand. Ended up paying $33 instead of $15 for parking.
Have to request if you want the 3rd queen bed set up which is not stated anywhere on booking site. According to the email I received back when I complained you have to request the extra bed and linen which is charged on the guidebook form but I rechecked the form and there is nowhere to request this. One of my children had to sleep on the lounge as they are opposite sexes and can’t share a bed.
Shower was full of black mould which I could wipe off so not cleaned at all! Bathroom not properly ventilated so it smells damp and there are yellow streaks down the walls from condensation.
Apartment nice and close to Rundle Street so we were able to walk to eateries and enjoy the night lights.
