The pool was excellent, clean and warm and large enough for good swimming . The room I was in was lovely with plenty of air. The room my family were in had no exit to the outside air but had a ceiling fan.they were clean as was the living room /kitchen area. It was a bit noisy until after midnight from surrounding bars. The balcony was super really large but no,sea view unless you leant way out. Our host called on us and was most helpful. I think he was called Willie. I would stay there again. There was a lift to the apartments.

I was disappointed in how dirty and old the apartment was kept. [Furniture dated, outside seating area, old and not stable]. I know its not the owners fault but there was coackroaches in the rooms. The owners did address this by getting the relevant services in. The room pictures are deceiving as the rooms are small, balcony very big. Overall couldnt wait to go home. Reception staff are amazing. Pool area clean.

Los Geranios 304

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars und Cafe's sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Strand ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ebenfalls erreichbar. Das 75qm Apartment selbst ist unvorteilhaft aufgeteilt.Sehr langer, nicht gut nutzbarer Flur, ein Schlafzimmer (das dem Namen nicht gerecht wird) ohne Fenster (innenliegend) kaum größer als das Bett.In diesem Schlafzimmer gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung auf zu bewahren.Hauptschlafzimmer größer und mit Zugang zum Balkon.Kleiderschrank leider auch hier so gut wie nicht nutzbar, da überwiegend bereits mit diversen Wohnungsutensilien belegt. Balkon sehr großzügig, leider keinen Sonnenschutz vorhanden. Tisch und Stühle stark in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Stühle vermitteln keinen stabilen Eindruck.Wohnküche sehr kompakt und zweckmäßig angeordnet. Lattenrost der Schlafcouch ist bei normalen gebrauch ständig aus der Halterung gerutscht,Das Internet ist leider auch für 2,5 Tage ausgefallen, in der restlichen Zeit haben wir mit der WIFI Reichweite und ständigen Verbindungsabbrüchen zu tun.Alles in allem hat es unser Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht gegeben.
