This renovated studio is located in the "Olympia" complex, in a quiet but central area: you are behind the first sea line, therefore outside the chaos, but less than 2 minutes walking from everything beaches, venues, shops, restaurants and main bus stop (Costa Adeje).



The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable: a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped American kitchen (including a DolceGusto coffee machine), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a habitable terrace with an outdoor table to enjoy the perfect climate of Tenerife.



The complex has a beautiful swimming pool and unassigned private parking, subject to availability.
