Good quality rooms and balcony. The kitchen area is also helpful with a kettle, iron and toaster. The Skybar is really nice and the infinity pool on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend.

The room was nice but the all inclusive was only available from the hotel next door. We also paid for a gold package but apparently all that means is your room has air conditioning. Very poor value all inclusive, we only really used it for breakfast.

Over all pleased

We stayed in a 2 bedroom duplex villa with private plunge pool/jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and overall was clean, decor a pit grubby and could do with a frehenup..we stayed for 7 nights. Bedding changed twice and towels changed ever other day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed all-inclusive, food was good but bit repeatative. Woukd we stay again, yes we would.

Very good food and location

The hotel was 3 minutes from the beach which was a big plus. The hotel was good but the sofa bed was not very comfortable, it needs a new mattress. The food was amazing, and we were on a full board—an extremely wide choice of salads, meats, fish, and great. A very big remark on the service at the reception and housekeeping, in seven days they never came to clean the room, and change the towels and bed sheets. I had to go to the reception every two days to ask get clean towels, not acceptable

Roof top bar 3 minutes walk from the beach !

We had a great stay, the room was very clean with modern facilities and fantastic access to the beach, restaurants and bars. The beach was 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The only thing that would help would be better pillows on the bed, if you ask at reception they have more.

Poor check-in, cleaners cupboard outside room so all cleaners coming and going for 2 hours in the morning 0600-0800 & 2 hours in the afternoon1500-1700. Sky bar is a great location but they insist on paying your bill after 1 round of drinks even if you’re staying for more. Breakfast is poor with the coffee machines barely able to cope and churning out hot milk half the time.

The rooms were big, we had a sea view and a roof terrace. Maintenance was being done and the property is well presented. We got an upgrade from a single room studio with three beds, to a three bed apartment for no particular reason, which was fabulous!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Los Olivos. Air conditioning would have been nice in the room, but the heat was tolerable with the fan on, and the windows and balcony door open. The location was perfect. I would come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful. We went with the all inclusive option which was great for the breakfast/lunch and snack options. We had dinner at the resort about twice more as a way of exploring the local area and sampling the cuisine at other establishments. Breakfast and dinner at the resort is buffet style. The room we had the kitchen was well equiped should we wanted to cook ourselves. One other good point is the resort is right next to one of the better beaches..

All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property.

We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. Close to everything. Very short walk to the boardwalk with lots of shopping options, restaurants, beaches. The food was great, we did the half board and we were able to switch our dinner to lunch. The pool was great, lots of chairs, but you need to get there early to put your towel down and reserve a spot. The rooftop bar was so, so lovely. Beautiful views, good drinks, and a few appetizer options. The sunset was gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the AC worked great. The sofa bed could be replaced. We did not use it but it didn't look great. We had a pool view and the patio was big. Great for the value

Great location. Not all rooms are of the same standard of cleanliness and maintenance, some are not in a condition to be allocated to guests. This place has the potential to be really nice but it’s a bit tired and staff are unhappy. Management are in hiding and it’s difficult to find solutions to problems.

Good hotel

Was a bit worried given other reviews here but a nice pleasant hotel given the star rating and cost. Had a great time using this as a base for a family of 3. Positives: Brilliant location, decent pool area, good breakfast, nice rooms, pleasant staff. Negatives: no air con (not an issue for us in February but could be in summer), dinner a bit samey and fairly average, cleaning of rooms only every few days and our towels got replaced with small ones. Overall happy and would use again given the cost and location.
