The property was lovely, with stunning views. The facilities were ideal for a mixed age extended family of 3 grandparents, 5 parents, and 3 young children. Especially the pool and surroundings, The owner and the property service team were very helpful and flexible. The trade off for stunning views is a half mile down hill walk to the shops, bars etc, and a return uphill walk. But it was good exercise, and we could have gone by taxi if we wanted.

Great property and location

Stayed over holidays with family 11 people in all. Property perfect for group, great neighborhood and short walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay here very much.

Fantastisch verblijf

Het was heel bijzonder om in deze villa te verblijven met met vrouw, onze kinderen en kleinkinderen, vanwege ons 40-jarig huwelijks jubileum. We hebben er lekker gekookt, heerlijk ge-bbq’t, in het zwembad gedobberd. Ook in de buurt zijn er leuke restaurants, onder andere “la Romantica” ook dit was een feestje. We hadden de eerste dag een probleem met de inductieplaat, en er werd in de vakantie een nieuwe inductie plaat gemonteerd. Hulde voor de verhuurders. Wij, de kinderen en de kleinkinderen willen hier heel graag vaker naar toe! Bedankt.

Villa la Vista

On arrival to the Villa, it was clean and a very easy and swift process. All communication with the management was swift and very helpful. The bedrooms were all good sizes and plenty of wardrobe space. The pool was big and very clean! Overall it was a great place to stay for 4 adults and 4 children. We all had a great time and had no problems at all! WiFi was super aswell!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your Villa for a week!

Fantastic villa, great stay.

The villa is big and have many bedrooms, a big pool and several places to relax. Either in sun or in shade. The roof terrace give 360 view on mountains and the sea. Overall the view is fantastic and superb sunsets. We missed more utensils, glases,forks etc and blankets for night. If this would be added it would be perfect. The pool area was very good and liked by the children. A fantastic stay! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic few days for a hen weekend

After having an absolute nightmare with our original villa being cancelled last minute, Mark could not have made our booking process more reassuring. Helping me no end, answering all my questions and putting my mind totally at ease. The villa was clean & perfect, lovely pool, spacious rooms lots of seating areas! We absolutely loved it! Also Sheila and Ian who manage the property in Tenerife, were so lovely too, on my request they ensured we had two bottles of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge which was WELL needed, i paid cash to Sheila the following day, when she popped by to check we were okay - really lovely! Short walk to local shops - highly recommend Nebula restaurant, beautiful food and lovely staff! My only issue is not with Mark or the Villa, but with Homeaway - i suggest booking through trip advisor if you can - as homeaway took the money twice for the property, i had to fight for 10 days with them to get it back, resulting in the bank actually returning it! Homeaway were incredibly unhelpful, unsympathetic and left me out of pocket by nearly £1500 for 10 days. Honestly the worst customer service i have ever experienced, and if you read reviews on them (which i stupidly did after) a lot of people say the same. Mark couldnt of been more apologetic of the situation (even though it was not his fault at all) he contacted homeaway for me as well to try and help resolve the issue. Thank you Mark, Sheila and Ian, i will be 100% recommending your beautiful Villa to friends and family wanting to travel to tenerife!

An excellent house for the entire family

We were 13 persons spending one week in the villa. We had a pleasant time there with lots of swimming and playing with seven children one to 12 years old. The only complaint we would issue is that there were no place were all of us could have a meal together. Outside or inside there were tables enough for 8 persons, not for 12.
