The complex is 300 metres from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park and Siam Mall.

The complex is only a 5 minute drive from the main beaches such as Playa de Las Americas and Playa del Duque

and their shopsThis flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, there are many stairs in the complex and there is no lift.





Wi-Fi is available in the flat free of charge.

Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.

Free parking is available in the area.

In the area there are small shops and restaurants.

For those who do not like walking it is recommended to rent a car.
