The humidity was causing so much condensation on the toilet that it was dripping on the floor and causing puddles around the toilet. So gross. "Everything was good, but we booked this hotel for my sons bday weekend , and our main thing was the “indoor heated pool” as is advertised on Trip advisor . The pool was cold , the kids where shivering . We couldn’t enjoy the main thing we went there for . The staff offer to send someone but they said “but that’s the temperature “ . Also the hotel send text messages to rate the stay , I told them about the temperature of the pool and responded , “ Thank you for sharing that information. I apologize that the water wasn't to your liking. I hope you have a nice afternoon. The place is clean , rooms are well maintained and equipped with everything we needed . But I would not book this hotel during winter time, I think is I not fear to pay for false advertising. "
