「This was the worst experience I have had! We arrived and apparently they had been trying to get a hold of us, even though they should have cancelled via Expedia booking. We arrived at 9:00pm just to be told our reservation had been cancelled due to over capacity, but we booked 4-6 weeks prior to arriving so they shouldn’t have confirmed our reservation at that time if they were at capacity. Also my partner and his father got two other reasons why they had to cancel: 1) the rooms were not cleaned...

「Le personnel était très chaleureux et accueillant ! L'espace extérieur était bien aménagé et convivial. Un bel espace de jeux pour les enfants, des bbqs, coin de feu, hamacs étaient disponibles un peu partout. *Pour les feux, il y avait du bois de disponible et ce, sans frais. À l'intérieur des chalets, ceux-ci étaient généralement propres. Toutefois, le rideau de douche intérieur qui était transparent n'avait pas été laver, mais ce fut le seul détails que j'ai vue.
