We stayed at Danny's after spending the day at Mount Carleton Provincial Park and it was a comfortable stop after the drive. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the pool was a nice bonus. The whole place did seem a little understaffed during our visit, particularly in the restaurant where quite a few tables were waiting to be cleared. The restaurant appeared to be going through some changes and was offering an Indian menu alongside the regular menu, although only a few of those dishes were available. Breakfast was sit-down rather than continental, which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good stop on our road trip.

It was one of the nicest places we have stayed on this trip! A hot cooked breakfast served to us was an added bonus! Nice warm pool but the weather wasn’t great 😊 Huge bathroom and shower!

The Property parking lot was a bit rough to walk but clean….. the room was clean, but not enough lighting. You have two lamps by the bed have one light by the window from the door to the bathroom was dark. The staff was very courteous and very nice especially the woman at the desk. She was so friendly. We appreciate your help finding things…. I went for lunch and had the chicken burger, and the chicken was not very good. It had funny taste of it and very thin more coating than chicken.

We found the room to be large, well kept and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The evening and restaurant staff were friendly and the morning breakfast staff were great, although the food was a bit cold. We did not get a chance to use the amenities but would book here again. There were a few places to improve; the bathroom was very small, there was not enough lighting near the coffee area and the one side of the bed has no outlets or nightstand. My wife and I both use CPAP machines and only one outlet on one side meant one had to go without.

The room was clean, quiet and a good size. Bed comfortable. Breakfast fantastic! Several items to choice from including hot and cold choices. In all the hotels I’ve stayed at, have never had a full breakfast served and in very short time. Staff awesome, very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept, pool was not large but comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, happy we booked here.(PS very short drive to beautiful Youghall Beach).

Got this hotel for a great price and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Although it is outside of Bathurst you are still just a 10 or 15 drive to everything. We took advantage of the free laundry-just one washer and one dryer and you must supply your own detergent but it is free. An outdoor pool with dated loungers but a great place to cool off. Not a typical "breakfast included" at this hotel. 4 or 5 options to choose from including pancakes, 2 eggs with hashbrowns, toast and bacon, English muffin and egg.
