The receptionist was very kind and was able to understand my poor English. The room was clean and had a hair dryer and hair iron, which was very helpful. There was also a washing machine and detergent, so I was able to do my laundry. It was also nice that there was a bench in the room, not just a bed, so it was easy to relax. The location was also great, within walking distance of Old Town Square, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making my stay in Prague a memorable one. Thank you...

「Amazing place to stay. The staff were very kind and the rooms were beautiful, clean and in a great location. It was my partner's birthday weekend which was the reason for our holiday and the staff gave us a complimentary drink left in the hotel room when we got back to the room.
